Please Note...On rare occasions we may advise you to return for a 2nd appointment. This may be for various reasons, such as you need to grow your hair or have hair extensions to achieve your desired look. It may be that your hair is too thick, and we are advising you make an appointment to have your hair thinned out somewhat before we style your hair, so that we can create the look for you that you have requested or a similar style that will be more suited to you. When we have shown you your completed look, we will ask you to discuss with us any changes you would like us to make.

Please Note... As professionals, we can create any look; but in order for us to achieve your idea of your perfect look, for you, your communication in telling us your feelings towards what we have done for you is paramount i.e. Are you happy with your hair and makeup? Are there any changes you would like us to make?

This communication is absolutely essential as part of your hair and makeup design appointment to help us in creating a perfect look for you, a look you will love. It is also import that you listen to our advice.

i.e. If you need to grow your hair or have it cut or maybe wear a hairpiece. Maybe you need to take better care of your skin.
